After interviewing the CAs and seeing others around, I noticed a lot of them have close to the same schedule. They have to have to have good time management to get their own work done and the work that is needed to be done for their job. I also noticed they are all pretty close friends with other CAs. I think that is because they can share their feelings about their job and they can all relate with the duties they have. They have the desk shifts and they can be late at night and then go to class early the next morning. It takes preperation to be a CA. You have to go through a bunch of training and have patience to be able to deal with a fairly good number of students.
